Vending Fees due immediately to secure participation. Please show courtesy to fellow merchants. Event to take place outdoors and will take place regardless of weather. No vending refunds can be issued for any reason however you may transfer your space! E-mail transfer requests and any other questions or concerns to email@example.com. Vending Fees are funding the entertainment and advertising for this to be a free community event, therefore as funds come in, they will go right back out to secure bands and promotional materials. Any items you bring into the park, you must take out of the park.
